The official service terms, client responsibilities, payment conditions, and project delivery terms governing NextGeen digital packages across India.
This document reflects NextGeen's actual business practices, service packages, and payment workflows. Please review these terms carefully. If you require custom enterprise agreements, reach out to our legal support desk.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a mutual agreement between you (“Customer”, “Client”, or “You”) and NextGeen Digital Services (“NextGeen”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, submitting payment, or engaging our digital services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Eligibility & Permitted Use
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are placing an order on behalf of a partnership firm, proprietorship, or company, you represent that you hold full legal authority to bind that business entity.
NextGeen services are designed for legitimate, legally registered shops, retail counters, boutiques, manufacturers, and trade services operating within the territory of India. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services for any business dealing in unlawful goods, prohibited substances, counterfeit products, or deceptive schemes.
2. Scope of NextGeen Services
NextGeen develops tailored digital presence products. Our services are categorized into three authoritative packages as configured on our platform:
Starter Shop Website
₹4,999Professional business website with online product catalogue for local shops across India. Includes responsive shop website layout, online product catalogue showcase, direct WhatsApp order routing button on products, business contact and Google Maps integration, 1 year cloud hosting, and technical upkeep per agreed terms.
Business Branding Bundle
₹6,999Everything in the Starter package, plus digital business logo design, digital visiting card design files, and selected promotional social media creative post assets as agreed. Note: Deliverables consist strictly of digital design files; printing, physical delivery, and paid advertising spend are excluded.
Shop Location Integration
₹499A one-time setup service assisting local shopkeepers with Google Maps location pin accuracy, one-tap directions link, click-to-call phone linking, and WhatsApp contact integration. Important: Google Business Profile verification, ranking, and search placement depend entirely on Google's independent policies and cannot be guaranteed. This setup does not include a full website, domain, or hosting.
3. Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions
All pricing displayed on our website is in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are validated strictly server-side upon order creation.

- Direct 0% commission WhatsApp order routing
- First-year cloud hosting and SSL security certificate
- Agreed minor catalogue updates and technical maintenance
- ✕Paid advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- ✕Physical printing or delivery of cards, banners, or standees
- ✕Custom e-commerce cart/payment gateways (unless contracted)
- ✕Premium third-party domain name acquisition fees
- ✕Guaranteed customer acquisition, footfall, or revenue numbers
4. Order Submission & Acceptance
Submitting the online order form generates an official NextGeen Order Reference (e.g. NG-YYYYMMDD-XXXX). An order request remains in “Payment Pending” or “Unpaid” status until payment is verified server-side or kickoff terms are confirmed in writing.
NextGeen reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. If an order cannot be serviced due to conflicting requirements or operational feasibility, any payments received will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Customer Responsibilities & Approvals
To enable timely completion, the Customer agrees to:
- Supply Accurate Content: Provide true shop names, correct addresses, working phone numbers, accurate product pricing, and descriptions.
- Intellectual Rights Warranty: Ensure that all logos, images, trade names, and graphics supplied to NextGeen belong to the Customer or that proper permission has been obtained. The Customer indemnifies NextGeen against any copyright or trademark claims resulting from materials supplied by the Customer.
- Timely Feedback: Review design staging links and catalogue drafts promptly. Approvals or change requests must be communicated within 7 calendar days of draft receipt.
6. Timelines & Customer-Caused Delays
Turnaround times are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Actual delivery schedules commence only after verified payment and complete receipt of all required customer content (item list, pricing, images, and shop details):
- Starter Shop Website: Estimated 48 to 72 hours following verified payment and receipt of complete content.
- Business Branding Bundle: Estimated 4 to 7 business days under the same conditions.
- Shop Location Integration: Timeline to be confirmed before order acceptance (typically estimated within 24 to 48 hours once shop details and phone verification are confirmed).
Delays resulting from missing customer information, delayed photo uploads, or unresponsive review periods extend project delivery schedules accordingly. NextGeen is not responsible for project delays caused by customer inactivity.
7. Payment Terms & Commencement
Unless otherwise agreed in a written estimate, all website packages and location setups require 100% advance payment via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking) before production begins.
Once payment is verified, the order is marked “In Progress” and an official payment receipt is generated. In the event of a payment chargeback or unauthorized transaction dispute, access to staging previews and live hosting may be suspended pending dispute resolution.

9. Cloud Hosting, Domains & 1-Year Upkeep
Website packages include 1 full year of cloud hosting administration, SSL security renewals, and agreed technical updates from the date of initial deployment.
Starter and Branding packages include 1 full year of cloud hosting administration and technical support as configured in package terms. Following the initial 1-year inclusive period, ongoing cloud hosting, SSL maintenance, and catalogue support may be renewed. Estimated renewal rates (such as ₹1,999 to ₹2,999 per year) represent non-binding estimates only. Prior to renewal, NextGeen will provide the actual price, renewal period, and scope in writing and obtain customer approval before any charge is incurred. NextGeen does not charge undisclosed automatic recurring fees.
Custom domain names registered on behalf of the client remain the client's property. Annual domain renewal fees are billed transparently according to current registrar charges.
10. Limitation of Liability, Disputes & Indian Law
Warranty Disclaimer: Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While NextGeen builds professional websites and sets up catalogues, we make no guarantees regarding sales volumes, search ranking positions, WhatsApp message volumes, or commercial revenue.
Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NextGeen's aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall strictly not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific package under dispute.
Dispute Handling & Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising under these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, governed by the laws of India.
